Transcription Services

The feature ‘Transcription Services’ includes a listing of entities that provide transcription services in connection with arbitrations. By way of example, when the lawyers representing the parties to an arbitration decide that they wish periodically to review a written transcript of the arbitration proceedings (e.g., witness testimony), they may need to choose an entity that provides transcription services.

Arbitration Publications

The feature ‘Publications’ includes books on international arbitration, periodicals on international arbitration, and other written and audio-visual content. This last category will include webinars, YouTube content and curated selections of editorial content in respect of which appropriate links will be provided. In particular, titles in respect of specific fields will be the subject of appropriate categorization.

E-Discovery Services

The feature ‘E-Discovery Services’ includes a listing of entities that provide e-discovery services in connection with arbitrations. By way of example, an arbitral tribunal may require each party to an arbitration to provide to the other party, ‘all relevant documents’. Depending upon the circumstances, compliance with such a document production request may involve a substantial amount of work, especially if multiple email addresses are implicated in the document production request. Consequently, under certain circumstances, a party to an arbitration may wish to select an entity that provides e-discovery services.
