Dr Michael Nueber is a Counsel with Gasser Partner Attorneys at Law and operates from both Vaduz and Vienna. He mainly specializes in international dispute resolution as well as estate planning and advises clients both under Austrian and Liechtenstein law. In addition, Michael Nueber regularly sits as arbitrator in commercial arbitration proceedings.
Before joining Gasser Partner he held positions in several renowned Austrian arbitration law firms as well as the position of University Assistant at the Institute of Civil and Business Law of the Vienna University of Business and Economics. Michael Nueber has been involved in arbitration proceedings dealing with competition-, construction-, corporate-, foundation-, trust- and energy-related matters.
Michael Nueber obtained law degrees from the University of Vienna (Master’s degree, PhD) and the University College London (LL.M. in Competition Law). He is the author of more than 40 legal publications, including a commentary on the Austrian arbitration act as well as a handbook on dispute resolution involving foundations under Austrian and Liechtenstein law. In addition, he is a regular speaker at conferences and workshops.
