Members of Atkin Chambers are self-employed, independent practitioners who share premises and administration. We provide specialist advocacy services and commercially focused advice on the complex issues, which are hallmarks of disputes in the sectors we specialise in. We are proud of our well resourced and experienced practice management team, believing investment in this enables us to provide a first class and focused service to our clients. Our senior clerk, Justin Wilson, leads the team, and has regular review meetings with clients, facilitating a better understanding of clients’ requirements. If necessary, we provide a 24-hour service. It is our intention to provide clients with an excellent service at all times. However, if you have a complaint, we hope that you would feel able to talk to the individual(s) concerned directly and immediately.
