Alejandro Osuna (LLM, FCIArb), is a partner of Osuna Gonzalez. He specializes in international contract Law (sales, distribution, franchising, joint ventures, construction, etc.).
He has experience, both as party representative and as an arbitrator, under the rules of institutions such as ICC, ICDR, Mexican Arbitration Centre, the Mexico City Chamber of Commerce, and GAFTA. He is the current Secretary General of the International Center for Arbitration and Mediation of the Tijuana Chamber of Commerce.
He also has ample experience in complex, cross-border litigation, foreign judgment enforcement, and consumer protection litigation in Mexico.
Alejandro Osuna obtained holds an LLM from the University of Pittsburgh (1998). He obtained his first Law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana, in Tijuana, Mexico.
