Mattos Filho

Represents clients in national and international arbitrations in matters related to the acquisition of companies, corporate conflicts, infrastructure, especially in conflicts arising from construction contracts, among others. He is vice-president of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), for the triennium 2018-2021. It also acts as arbitrator in disputes administered under various regulations, including ICC and United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (Uncitral). Represents clients in complex judicial litigation, especially in the areas of environmental law, information technology, infrastructure, among others.
